The room is big and bright, and has a nice feel to it. I have some brand new yoga mats, blocks, and straps, but bringing your own small towel is always good. There are no changing rooms, but the restrooms can be used for this. There's plenty of space to hang jackets, and bags can of course be brought in to the room.
